Culturally competent educator and leader with over 15 years experience in urban settings as Parent Coordinator, English Teacher, Department Chair, and Assistant Principal.

Demonstrated superb leadership, vision, and proactiveness during the pandemic in order to ensure students were learning, students and staff felt safe, and the school was fulfilling its mission. Developed a back-to-campus plan to get 500+ students back in the building as soon as Covid restrictions were lifted. Led an all-hands-on-deck effort to provide opportunities for students to do credit recovery.
