2025-2026 ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

We will enroll all new students on a first-come, first-served basis until we fill our capacity. All enrollment will be done through the PowerSchool Online Enrollment platform.To submit your application, please visit one of the following links:

Lottery Procedures

All TK-9th new students:
Parents/guardians may complete an electronic lottery application during the open enrollment window.

For the 2025-26 school year, the available seats in each grade is as follows:

  • Transitional Kindergarten – 10 Students
  • Kindergarten – 20 Students
  • 1st Grade – 10 Students
  • 2nd Grade – 10 Students
  • 3rd Grade – 10 Students
  • 4th Grade – 10 Students
  • 5th Grade – 10 Students
  • 6th Grade – 25 Students
  • 7th Grade – 20 Students
  • 8th Grade – 20 Students
  • 9th Grade – 25 Students

If on 1/17/2025, fewer than expected lottery applications are received, parents/guardians will be notified of their child’s acceptance and invited to complete the online enrollment registration form.
If on 1/17/2025, more than expected lottery applications are received, an electronic enrollment lottery will be held on 1/21/2025, at 3:00 PM by PowerSchool Enrollment Application. This process will randomly select the students to be enrolled. Students not selected for the first available seats will be placed on a waiting list and contacted for enrollment if and when any seats become available.

Lottery Provisions

Students who are currently enrolled are exempted from the lottery. Vista Lago Global Academy offers the following enrollment priority in the lottery:

Preference shall be extended to pupils currently attending the charter school and pupils who reside in the Lake Elsinore Unified School District except as provided for in Section 47614.5. A preference for siblings of already enrolled students shall also be extended.

The lottery preference shall be given to the siblings of admitted students. Lottery preference will be given to residents of the District in accordance with state law and District policy.

Vista Charter Public Schools do not charge tuition, are non-sectarian in admission policies, programs, and all other operations, and do not discriminate against any student, parent, community member, or employee based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or disability. Vista Charter Public Schools are schools of choice, and parents may choose to send their children to a different school in the area. Charter schools are not allowed to discourage a pupil from enrolling or seeking to enroll in a charter school because the pupil exhibits any characteristics such as students with disabilities, academically low-achieving, English learners, neglected or delinquent, homeless, socially economically disadvantaged, foster youth, or based on nationality, race, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
